• Domestic (Within India): 3 to 7 business days

• International (Outside India): 3 to 12 business days

3. Shipping Origin:

   • All orders are dispatched from our facility in India.

   • We do not operate through third-party distributors; all shipments originate directly from us.

   • Any customs duties, taxes, or additional brokerage fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Liability & Insurance:

   • We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays during transit.

   • If additional insurance is required, customers must inform us at the time of placing the order. If no request is made, the order will be shipped without insurance.

5. Delivery Confirmation:

   • Signature on delivery is not required unless requested.

6. Alternative Shipping Methods:

   • Customers can arrange their own shipping methods, including using their own courier or shipping account.

   • If a customer chooses to handle shipping independently, a waiver must be signed, releasing us from any liability related to shipping issues.

   • Any additional charges incurred under these arrangements will be the customer's responsibility.

7. Back Orders:

   • In rare cases where an item is out of stock, backorders are not automatically shipped. Customers will need to reorder once stock is available.
